My current project is an exploration of the phrase 'Memento Mori' and the artwork it has inspired over centuries, from tiny examples in jewellery to large scale sculptural depictions. Modern responses to death, especially in Western societies, fascinate me due to the superstition and denial often associated with dying in the Twenty-first Century.  This is a project I've been planning for a long time and, from now on, I will be uploading my artwork, research, photographs and other related things here.
